Sue Price is proud to represent three distinct sites in Southern Oregon for your consideration in planning your next conference or meeting. Each setting introduces you to another beautiful landscape. Ashland Springs Hotel is an elegantly restored European style boutique hotel nestled in the heart of downtown Ashland, just steps from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, dining, and shopping.

Ashland Springs Hotel is the premier choice for lodging in Southern Oregon.  A two-year restoration project transformed the former Mark Antony into a haven of taste and elegance reminiscent of Small European hotels.

Ashland Springs Hotel combines the charm of a bed and breakfast, the friendliness of a small inn, the feel of a spa resort and the safety and convenience of a hotel.

This grand hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has 70 exquisite guestrooms, award-winning Larks Home Kitchen Cuisine, and beautifully appointed meeting rooms.

A variety of five distinctive meeting spaces totaling more than 5,000 square feet can accommodate groups of up to 200 attendees.

The Grand Ballroom, (which divides into three rooms) adjoining a palm-filled natural light Conservatory and adjacent English Garden and courtyard, is an ideal location for celebrations, weddings and private and business functions.

The courtyard's garden, complete with sundial and fountain, boasts a collection of old-fashioned roses, hollyhocks, foxgloves, columbines, dahlias and delphiniums surrounding a wrought-iron gazebo.

  • Theatre capacity: Grand Ballroom 300
  • Classroom capacity: Grand Ballroom 150
  • Reception capacity: 350
  • Banquet capacity: Grand Ballroom 200
  • Business services: Yes

Ashland Springs Hotel is a full service facility offering a complete line of audiovisual equipment. For groups requiring additional breakout space from their main meeting, we also offer three additional venues to facilitate multiple meeting room needs; The Crystal Room, Palm Room and Pilot Rock. The newly decorated Crystal Room has resurrected a version of the original Crystal Chandelier and now this exquisite six-foot wide crystal laden piece crowns this graceful meeting room. This great room now exudes classic beauty and charm with old gilt mirrors, English oil paintings and lovely antique chairs. This stunning room, accommodating up to 100 of your guests, will make every occasion truly memorable.

Visit Grants Pass

Weasku Inn

Hellgate Jetboat Excursions

Morrison's Lodge

Having the need to try something different.  Here is your chance.

Take a break! The pine and fir-trimmed mountains and forests that provide the backdrop for Grants Pass beckon outdoor-enthusiasts to hiking and biking trails. Whether you enjoy whitewater rafting, kayaking, jet boating, fishing or hiking there are several local river guides eager to share their knowledge of the Rogue’s breathtaking scenery of old-growth pines and twisted oaks, wildlife haven of osprey, blue heron, deer and elk and world-class fishing.

Many of the lodging facilities provide meeting facilities which will comfortably accommodate conferences from 25 to 150 people. For larger groups the Josephine County Fairgrounds (Up to 700 people) and the National Guard Armory (up to 1000 people) are used. The staff at the Grants Pass Visitor and Convention Bureau can assist you with transportation and catering options.

Whether you choose an inn or lodge on the Rogue River or one of our many national chain hotels; Holiday Inn Express, Shilo Inns, or LaQuinta Inn and Suites, or locally owned hotels;  Redwood Motel, the people of Grants Pass await you with warm hospitality and a genuine concern that your stay in Grants Pass is one full of great memories.

Within thirty minutes of downtown Grants Pass choose from one of 13 wineries along the Applegate Valley Wine Trail to hold your meeting. (Schmidt Family, Troon and Valley View Vineyards are my favorites!) Take a trolley ride to your meeting location, meet in the afternoon, and enjoy a winemakers dinner that evening. Relax while the trolley brings you back to the comfort of your room.

Wildlife Images, Lions and Tigers and Bears...oh my! This incredible park is home to hundreds of orphaned or injured animals and birds of prey. Walk through guided presentations are available seven days a week. The meeting room overlooks the pond, gardens and deck area. What a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. List of Caterers are available.

Step back in time and meet at the Applegate Trail Interpretive Center.
The City Hall has been restored and awaits your arrival.  Tour the interpretive center and then adjourn to city hall for your meeting and some of Betty’s Buffalo Stew and Blackberry Pie.

Take an exhilarating break and hop on board Hellgate Jetboat Excursions  It’s a perfect way to get those creative juices following and motivate some great brainstorming.  Meet downstream at the OK Corral among the wildlife and scenic outdoors.  Breakfast, lunch and dinner excursions available. Call for times.

Times and date availability for meeting excursions are limited and must be prearranged with the group manager.

Sleep and meet on the Rogue River!  Each one is unique in their own way and have meeting spaces, guestrooms and catering options. Experience a meeting on the Rogue River with Galice Resort, Morrison’s Lodge, The Lodge at Riverside or Weasku Inn.
